The TED Talk video was very exciting for me to watch and learn, and made me aware of the different effective ways to manage my work and my other life activities. I think that Nigel Marsh really pointed out the reality about the non-dependency of work-life balance on global organizations in an accurate manner. This is because it is me who has to be aware of my life’s situation and I will have to change things myself if things are not properly in place for balancing my work-life.
